after photos via e-mail
or regular mail (please include a self addressed, stamped envelope,
and if possible include photo negatives), along with a brief story
outlining how much weight you lost or the number of inches you lost
around your body, the exact time period it took, and your full name
to Pure Health International. Pure Health International will not disclose
any personal information, unless you indicate otherwise by way of
written consent (published as a public html document) to the public
via the internet. Please include written consent to use your photos
on the BodyWeightLoss.com Website. For more information about our
policies, please visit our "privacy policy"
page. If you are going to submit your photos via e-mail
attachment, please use "photos" as the subject of your e-mail.
If
Pure Health International decides to use your photos for the BodyWeightLoss.com
Website, a check will be issued to you in the amount of $100.00 U.S.D.
The check will be sent via mail immediately thereafter, otherwise,
the photos shall be returned to you. We would like to thank you in
